Visiting some Churches in USA Visitando algunas iglesias en EEUU

I had opportunity for visiting some churches while I stayed in USA.

I could visit to Pastor Bob Dominguez of Calvary Chapel La habra.

I could share the Bible study.

Also, I could visit Calvary Chapel San Diego.

I went to Calvary Chapel Montebello. but I couldn't see to Pastor Pancho.

Enjoying mexican food with my friends of CC Montebello. Thank you Jack. I hope see you in Peru next year guys.

I found this video after long time. David Kaplivsky took it long time ago in Playa Hermosa. We went to ministry there. it was a very hot day and we decided to go to the beach for few minutes, and then this "three amigos" were there before us.

Mother's day Día de las Madres

Yestraday we had a special day, The Mother's Day. Silvia and Kristel made some cute cards for our mothers in the Church. Good job girls!!. Our kids gave the cards to respective mothers.

Ayer tuvimos un día especial, El dia de la Madre. Silvia y Kristel hicieron unas lindas tarjetas para las madres de la iglesia. Nuestros niños fueron los encargados de entregar las tarjetas a las mamitas.

Calvary Chapel Gainesville

Our Friend from Calvary Chapel Gainesville were two days in Canete. They helped us ministrying in Playa Hermosa, also they did a very good job with the children ministry in San Vicente, they cleaned in the church and sharing with people. We hope see them next year.

Tuvimos la visita de Calvary Chapel Gainesville. Nos ayduaron con el ministerio en Playa Hermosa, hicieron un buen trabajo con los niños en San Vicente, nos ayudaron limpiando la iglesia y compartieron con la gente. Esperamos verlos el próximo año.

Kent and Mary

Our friends Kent and Mary were visiting us in Canete they are from Calvary Chapel Orlando. Kent works very well with wood, few years ago He made our pulpit for the church in Canete and in this days he came and helped us making little tables and benches for the kids, also he did maintenance to our pulpit, now it looks as a new pulpit. Thank you very much guys, you are such a blessing for us.

Nuestros amigos Kent and Mary estuvieron visitándonos en Canete, ellos son de Calvary Chapel Orlando. Kent es muy habil trabajando con madera, hace un tiempo él nos hizo el púlpito para la iglesia en Canete y esta vez él hizo algunas mesas y banquitas para los niños en la iglesia. También aprovechamos e hizo mantenimiento al púlpito, ahora se ve como nuevo. Gracias chicos, son una gran bendición para nosotros.

Getting a U.S. Visa Buscando la Visa

A couple of months ago, Calvary Chapel San Diego, a Church in California, invited me to go to the Calvary Chapel Senior Pastor's Conference in Murrieta. (http://ccof.ccofweb.net/index.php?option=content&task=view&id=66)
As a Peruvian I need a U.S. Visa to go. Well, I was praying about that. It's a little hard to get a Visa, but God was in countrol.
Last week I went to my interview in the U.S. Embassy bringing a lot of papers and Thank's God I got the U.S. Visa!!!
I'm ready to go to the conference, it's my first one. I'm so excited.
Thank you God!!

Hace un par de meses, la Iglesia de Calvary Chapel San diego me invitó a participar de la Confenrecia de Senior Pastor en Murrieta - California. (http://ccof.ccofweb.net/index.php?option=content&task=view&id=66)

Como todo peruano tenía que tramitar mi visa de turista. como ya sabemos es un poco dificil obtenerla, pero sabía que el Señor estaba en control, si él quería que vaya a esta conferencia, él tenía que abrir las puertas.
Fui a mi entrevista la semana pasada a la embajada llevando un montón de papeles y gracias a Dios me dieron.
Ahora estoy listo para ir, estoy emocionado porque es mi primera conferencia en U.S.A.
Gracias a Dios!!

A correct perspective Una perspectiva correcta.

If you are a person like me, when you see this picture you are going to think: "Pastor Jaime needs a new sofa set..."

I was thinking and praying for new sofa set for long time, but this afternoon, while I was reading my bible sitting on my old sofá, God change my perspective about that.

Si tu eres una persona como yo, cuando veas esta primera foto pensarás: "Pastor Jaime necesita un juego de muebles nuevo..." Yo estuve pensando y orando de esta manera por mucho tiempo, pero esta tarde mientras leía mi biblia sentado en mi viejo sofá, Dios cambio mi perspectiva acerca de eso.

My perspective was wrong, my focus was only in the sofa that was really bad, but there are two more sofas which are very well.

Mi perspectiva estaba equivocada, mi enfoque estaba sólo en el sofá malogrado, pero la verdad es que hay dos sofá más que están en perfectas condiciones!!

someone said: " the life is like a big wheel that rises and goes down constantly, sometimes we are on the top and other times we are down... "

But life is as train rails. Trains have a positive charge and another negative charge in the same line. our life is same, things are not completely good or bad, both thing are present. But we need to focus in the good things in our life (thank you Robin for this illustration). The enemy say than all in our life is bad but is not true.

Alguien dijo alguna vez que nuestras vidas son como la "Montaña Rusa", algunas veces estamos en lo alto y otras veces abajo". Pero la vida es más como los rieles del tren, uno tiene carga eléctrica positiva y el otro negativa, ambas están juntas. Nuestra vida es así, nunca las cosas están perfectamente bien o completamente mal, siempre hay de ambos. pero el asunto es dónde ponemos nuestra perspectiva. El enemigo es quien dice que TODO está mal en nuestra vida ( o a veces te dice lo contrario), pero es mentira, hay que tener el enfoque en las cosas positivas.

Now I think, I don't have to change all the furniture, just a sofa.

Entonces, con la perspectiva correcta ahora ya no creo que tenga que cambiar todo el juego de muebles sino sólo un sofá.
